About White Exterior Co.
A local, insured exterior cleaning company serving Pensacola, FL and nearby areas.
Our Story
White Exterior Co. was built on one idea: exterior work should be done the way you'd want it done on your own house.
Before starting this company, our founder spent years in marine construction and screen enclosure installation — trades where a rushed shortcut doesn't just look bad, it fails. Salt air, storms, and Gulf Coast humidity don't forgive sloppy work, and that standard carried straight into how White Exterior Co. operates today: no shortcuts, no guesswork, and no leaving a job until it's actually right.
We're proud to be a local operation serving Escambia and Santa Rosa counties — not a franchise, not a call center. Every estimate, every crew we send out, and every job we stand behind reflects that same standard: treat your home like it's ours.
That's the whole philosophy. Show up, do it right, and earn the next job the same way we earned this one.
